Immersive Transformation
SMG’s signature program for executive teams facing big change. No trust falls. Option 1 is a 2-night backcountry wilderness experience; Option 2 is a 3-night boutique-lodge retreat with yoga, fly fishing, rafting, and guided hikes.

A creative program for sales teams, executive meetings, HR, and management groups. Thought processes and action plans are practiced in a non-threatening atmosphere through challenges aligned with your team’s own principles.
Mountain Rescue Workshop
Custom pricing
Using vehicles, skills our facilitators teach, and each member’s strengths, your team becomes a high-functioning mountain rescue crew that must find, treat, and evacuate an injured hiker. Ideal for work groups and leadership teams.
Moonshine Mixing Competition
From $45 per person · add-ons available
A favorite for family reunions, executives, and new-hire orientations: cork stacking, moonshine Jeopardy, product blending, and custom labels, celebrating local heritage. Winery and distillery editions too.
Map & Compass Challenge
From $65 per person · 9-person minimum
Teams learn compass reading, navigation, and time management, then compete to find control markers and solve challenges, finishing with a debrief tied to your retreat goals. Perfect as a meeting break or full-day add-on.
